Shipping Policy
Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates for orders within Canada.
Where we ship
Lattafa CA Sale currently ships to valid residential and business addresses within Canada. We do not currently offer international delivery. Certain remote addresses and post-office boxes may be subject to carrier limitations. If we cannot service an address, we will contact the customer before shipment.

The threshold is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes. Any shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
Order cutoff and processing
Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), British Columbia, Canada. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are treated as received on the next business day. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian federal and British Columbia statutory holidays.
Transit and total delivery time
After processing, standard transportation normally takes 5–7 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore approximately 6–9 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by remote destinations, severe weather, peak periods, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Address problems and returned parcels
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery, we will contact the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply to reshipment. Where permitted by law, actual carrier costs may be deducted from a refund.
Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or it arrives visibly damaged, contact [email protected] with the order number. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate.
Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. We do not charge import duties on Canadian domestic deliveries. Any bank currency-conversion or transaction fee is determined by the customer’s payment provider.
