These terms govern use of the Lattafa CA Sale website and purchases from us.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing www.lattafacasale.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and website information

We make reasonable efforts to present fragrance names, concentration, bottle size, scent notes, images, packaging, and availability accurately. Screens, packaging revisions, and normal production variations may cause minor differences. Fragrance perception, development, and longevity vary by person, skin chemistry, climate, and application and are not guaranteed. Information and availability may change without notice. Customers should review labels and ingredients, perform a patch test where appropriate, avoid contact with eyes, keep products away from heat or flame, and stop use if irritation occurs.

3. Prices, currency, and taxes

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, prices and shipping charges are in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment. A card issuer may charge currency-conversion or transaction fees that we do not control. We may correct an obvious pricing or typographical error before accepting an order and will allow the customer to confirm the corrected price or cancel.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel for unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions, quantity limits, or another legitimate reason. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original method.

5. Payment

You confirm that billing and payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Independent payment providers process transactions under their own terms and policies. We may use reasonable verification measures to prevent fraud.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada. Rates, free-shipping thresholds, the 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time cutoff, processing, estimated transit, tracking, and delivery concerns are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after inspection and approval. 8. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, impersonate others, provide false information, or use the website for fraud or unlawful activity.

Website text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Lattafa CA Sale and protected by applicable laws. You grant Lattafa CA Sale a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it in connection with our business, subject to privacy law. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or irrelevant submissions.

Our website may use or link to independent payment, delivery, analytics, and other services. We do not control third-party websites, and their own terms and policies apply.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lattafa CA Sale is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their province or territory. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern in good faith. Any proceeding will be brought before a court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. Changes and severability
